Monthly data on financial accommodation extended by the Reserve Bank of India to state governments and union territories under three facilities: Special Drawing Facility (SDF), Ways and Means Advances (WMA), and Overdraft (OD). SDF is availed by State Governments against the collateral of ConsolidatedSinking Fund (CSF), Guarantee Redemption Fund (GRF) & Auction Treasury Bills (ATBs) balances and other investments in government securities. 2. WMA is advance by Reserve Bank of India to State Governments for meeting temporry cash mismatches. 3. OD is advanced to State Governments beyondtheir WMA limits. 4. Average Availed is the total accommodation (SDF/WMA/OD) availed divided by number of days for which accommodation was extended during the month. 5. - : Nil.
